Alumina (Al₂O₃): 8-15%

Iron Oxide (Fe₂O₃): <2%

Binder Additives: Bentonite (5-10% for molding sand)

Foundry Sika Mitti:

Used in metal casting (green sand, dry sand)

AFS Fineness No.: 50-70 (controls mold permeability)

Construction Sika Mitti:

Stabilized soil for road base/earthworks

CBR Value: 10-20% (for subgrade)

Ceramic Sika Mitti:

High-plasticity clay for pottery/refractories

Thermal Stability: Withstands up to 1,400°C (foundry grade)

Plasticity Index: 15-25% (for molding)

PH: 6.5-8.5 (neutral)
